How it works
Apply and verify
Submit your accreditation documents and PI insurance. We verify everything before your account goes live — usually within 2 working days.
Set your rate and coverage
Tell us which postcode areas you cover and your standard rate for a base property. You will only receive jobs in areas you cover.
Receive job offers
When a customer books in your area, you get an email with the job details and your payout. Accept or decline in one click — no obligation.
Complete and upload
Carry out the assessment, upload the certificate via your portal. Move-Nest pays you by bank transfer after completion.
Requirements
- Current accreditation with Elmhurst Energy, Stroma Certification, ECMK, or equivalent
- Valid professional indemnity insurance (minimum £1 million cover)
- Access to EPC lodgement software
- Coverage of at least one postcode area
