Move-Nest is a national EPC booking platform. You enter your postcode, see a fixed price immediately, pick an appointment slot, and pay. An accredited local assessor is matched to your job and contacts you directly. Your certificate is lodged on the government EPC register and emailed to you within 48 hours.
Every assessor on our platform is accredited through Elmhurst Energy, ECMK, Quidos, or another UK-recognised accreditation scheme. Assessors must upload evidence of their current accreditation and Professional Indemnity insurance before being approved to receive work through Move-Nest.
We cover England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Where we do not have a directly registered assessor, we source one manually — customers are never told we cannot help.
