We built Move-Nest to make EPC booking simple, transparent, and fast — wherever you are in the UK.
Fully accredited assessors
Every assessor is independently accredited by Elmhurst Energy, Stroma Certification, ECMK, or another UK-recognised scheme. We verify accreditation and insurance before approving anyone.
Fixed, transparent pricing
No surprise extras. Prices are fixed at the time of booking. You know exactly what you'll pay before you confirm — no callbacks, no quotes.
Book in under 60 seconds
Enter your postcode, pick a date, pay. No phone calls, no waiting for availability checks. Your booking confirmation lands in your inbox immediately.
Certificate within 48 hours
Your EPC is lodged on the government register and emailed to you within 48 hours of the assessment. Track progress in real time via your booking link.
Local assessors, national network
We work with assessors based in every region — not a single national company dispatching from a distance. Your assessor knows your area.
Not VAT registered
Move-Nest is not VAT registered, so there's no VAT to add to your price. What you see is what you pay.

Does Move-Nest cover my area?
Yes — Move-Nest works with accredited assessors across every UK postcode area, from the Highlands of Scotland to Cornwall. If we don't yet have an assessor confirmed in your exact area, our team will source one manually and contact you within 24 hours.
How is the price set?
Prices are set by postcode tier based on local market rates — not by your location within that tier. A standard EPC starts from £75 for up to 3 bedrooms, with £10 per additional bedroom. Prices are fixed at the time of booking.
Are all assessors accredited?
Yes. Every assessor on the Move-Nest network holds a current accreditation from Elmhurst Energy, Stroma Certification, ECMK, or another UK-recognised scheme. We verify accreditation certificates and public liability insurance before approving any assessor.
How long does an EPC last?
An EPC is valid for 10 years from the date of issue. You can check whether your property already has a valid EPC on the government EPC register at gov.uk — if it was assessed within the last 10 years, you may not need a new one.
What if no assessor is available in my area?
For locations where we don't immediately have an available assessor (typically very rural areas), our admin team sources one manually. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and the assessment date.
Can I book for multiple properties?
Yes — book each property separately via the booking form. If you need EPCs for a large portfolio, contact us at info@move-nest.co.uk and we can discuss volume pricing.
