These assessors operate under their own businesses and professional responsibilities. Move-Nest acts as a booking and payment facilitator only and does not control, supervise, or direct the inspections, nor does it accept responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, lodging, or outcome of any EPC report produced or lodged under the assessor’s company/name. Any issues regarding the inspection or lodged EPC must be resolved directly with the assessor who performed the work. Move-Nest’s liability is limited to facilitating reasonable communication and refunds solely in line with our published refund policy.
